摘 要:科教融合协同育人是培养拔尖创新人才的重要途径之一。山西大学物理学科依托国家重点实验室优质资源,在科教融合协同育人方面开展了积极改革与实践探索。通过创新量子光学教学体系,构建四级联动进阶式物理实验教学模式,激励院校两级科研训练和学科竞赛,结合开放性实验和研究性实验等措施,提升科教融合协同育人成效,夯实人才培养基础,使山西大学物理学科的影响力稳步提高,本科生科研创新能力也得到显著提升。The collaborative education mode of research and teaching is the important approach to train the top innovative talents.Based on the high-quality resources from the State Key Laboratory,the physical discipline of Shanxi University has carried out active reform and practical exploration on the collaborative education model of research and teaching.By innovating the teaching method of quantum optics,constructing a four-level linkage experimental mode,encouraging two-level scientific research training and discipline competition,combining the arrangements of open and research experiments,the training of the top innovative talents has been preliminary achieved,the foundation of talent cultivation has also been tamped.Based on these approaches,the influence of the physical discipline of Shanxi University has been steadily raised,the scientific research and innovation ability of undergraduates has been significantly improved.
