摘  要:随着产业的发展和监管的深入,食品、化妆品领域已基本建立了以国家食品安全标准体系、化妆品安全技术规范体系为主的标准系列。该标准体系是针对食品、化妆品领域内产品特性及质量安全的保障的基准线,而相关产品的补充检验方法则是对于上述基准线的有效补充和保护。在实际应用中,各相关单位存在对基础标准与补充标准的误解和认识的不足等情况。本文分别从成果使用部门、研制机构、验证机构、检验机构和社会方面分析标准使用的误区,并提出了相应对策。With the development of the industry and the deepening of supervision,a series of standard systems have been basically established in terms of food and cosmetics mainly based on the national food safety standard system and cosmetics safety technical specification system,respectively.These standard systems are the baselines for maintaining the normal product characteristics and quality and safety in the fields of food and cosmetics.And the supplementary rules of related products are the effective supplement and protection to the above baselines.In practical applications,there are many misunderstandings and insufficient understandings to these basic standards and supplementary standards for all relevant parties.In this paper,the misunderstandings in the use of those standards are analyzed from the aspects of the assignment departments,research institutions,verification agencies,inspection institutions and society,and the countermeasures are proposed.
