摘 要:职后培训是促进教师专业发展的有效途径。多年来,在政策支持、顶层设计、项目落实三个维度的共同作用下,我国区域大规模教师培训已取得显著成效。然而,通过调研分析不难发现,距离“提质增效”的总目标尚存在一定差距,三个维度上均存在改进空间,需要通过借助专业力量保障行政指导的有效性;遵循规律科学创新项目规划设计;加强培训者专业能力提升,保障培训内涵发展等策略,藉以保证区域大规模教师培训实现真正的“提质增效”。In-service training is an effective way to promote teachers’professional development.Over the years,with the joint help of three dimensions including policy support,top-level design and project implementation,the large-scale teacher training in China has achieved remarkable results.However,through investigation and analysis,it is not difficult to find that there is still a gap between the overall goal of"improving quality and efficiency".And there is room for improvement in all three dimensions.We will guarantee the regional large-scale teacher training to realize the real"quality improvement and efficiency"through the following strategies:ensuring the effectiveness of administrative guidance by means of professional strength,following the rules and scientifically innovating project planning and design,strengthening the trainers’improvement of professional ability to ensure the development of the training content.
