以劳动教育提升学生人文素质的实践路径

摘　　要：劳动教育在培养学生的人文素质、发展学生的修养以及综合能力方面有着重要的作用。劳动教育是人文素质实践的衔接、检验和延展,同时,劳动教育也是人文素质内化的过程。在实际的教学活动的开展中对于劳动教育还存在一定的问题,比如有的教学活动缺乏实践价值,注重形式,轻视过程,教学较为片面等。这不仅不利于提升学生的实践能力,还不利于学校的教学风气的形成。探索劳动教育中培养学生的人文素质的教育实践路径,能够使学生在更加高效的教学活动中提升自身的人文素质,进而促进学生的实践能力以及综合素质的提升。Labor education plays an important role in cultivating students’humanistic quality,developing students’self-cultivation and comprehensive ability.Labor education is the connection,inspection and extension of humanistic quality practice.Meanwhile,labor education is also the process of humanistic quality internalization.In the development of actual teaching activities for labor education there are still some problems,such as teaching activities lack of practical value,paying more attention to the form but despising the process,teaching is one-sided and so on.This is not only bad for improving students’practical ability,but also bad for the formation of the school’s teaching atmosphere.To explore the educational practice path of cultivating students’humanistic quality in labor education,and then promote the practical ability of students and the improvement of comprehensive quality.
