摘  要:我国对于职业教育的改革探索一直在路上,而校企合作则是职业教育改革的永恒主题。在总结了我国职业院校校企合作人才培养模式基础上,从指导性政策、合作企业参与度、双师型队伍建设三方面分析了我国职业院校校企合作存在的主要问题。最后针对性地提出了优化我国职业院校校企合作人才培养模式的建议:一是完善相关源头保障,推进校企落实合作;二是搭建有效沟通平台,实现校企高质量对接;三是提升双师队伍专业素养,推进多方联动合作。The reform and exploration of vocational education in China has been on the way,and school-enterprise cooperation is the eternal theme of vocational education reform.On the basis of summarizing the talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperation in China's vocational colleges,the main problems of school-enterprise cooperation in China's vocational colleges are analyzed from three aspects:guiding policies,cooperative enterprise participation,and double-qualified team construction.Finally,suggestions for optimizing the talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges in my country are put forward in a targeted manner:first,improve relevant source guarantees and promote school-enterprise cooperation;second,build an effective communication platform to achieve high-quality school-enterprise connection;third,improve the professional quality of the double-division team,and promote multi-party cooperation.
