摘　　要：我国茶叶产量世界第一,在成品茶生产加工的同时生成大量的低档茶、茶下脚料、茶末、茶梗等茶副产物,这些茶副产物中仍含有大量营养成分,有较大的开发利用价值和应用潜力。对茶副产物在食品工业、人类健康、动物保健、日用化工等领域的综合开发利用进行综述,介绍茶副产物中的活性成分及其功效,最后对茶副产物的应用前景进行展望。China is the largest producer of tea in the world. During the production and processing of finished tea, a large number of tea by-products such as low-grade tea, tea scraps, tea dust, tea stems will be produced. These tea by-products still contain a lot of nutrients, which have great development value and application potential. The comprehensive development and utilization of tea by-products in the food industry, human health, animal health, daily chemical industry and other fields are reviewed, the active ingredients in the tea by-products and their effects are introduced, and the application prospects of the tea by-products are finally prospected.
