摘  要:在国家职业教育改革实施“1+X”证书制度试点的背景下,结合专业培养目标,广东科贸职业学院食品质量与安全专业探索出“1+X”六位一体化产教融合新路径,将人才培养模式改革作为证书试点纽带和桥梁,探索岗课赛证培系统融合,从专业人才培养方案的优化、专业课程体系的改革、实验实训教学软硬件的完善以及专任教师队伍建设的加强等方面,深化产教融合,实现从知识到技能的升华,培养食品质量与安全专业高素质技术技能型复合人才。Under the background of the pilot implementation of the “1+X” certificate system in the national vocational education reform and in combination with the professional training objectives, the food quality and safety major of Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Trade has explored a new path of “1+X” six digit integration of industry and education, take the reform of talent training mode as the link and bridge of certificate pilot,explore the integration of post course competition and certification training system, deepen the integration of in-dustry and education and realize the sublimation from knowledge to skills from optimizing talent training scheme,reconstructing professional curriculum system, improving practical teaching conditions and strengthening the con-struction of professional teachers, cultivate high-quality technical and skilled compound talents majoring in food quality and safety.
