摘  要:随班就读是实现“公平而有质量”教育的重要举措。随着我国随班就读工作向纵深推进,随班就读学生学业评估问题日益凸显,美国在对特殊学生实施学业评估适应性调整方面取得的经验可以提供一定的借鉴参考。本研究基于对美国特殊学生学业评估适应性调整的内涵、政策保障、实施流程、措施、特点等内容的总结,认为我国可以通过完善随班就读学生学业评估适应性调整相关法律政策;分步实施随班就读学生学业评估适应性调整;建立系统的实施流程和保障机制等相关举措,提升随班就读学生学业评价适应性调整的实践成效,更好地践行特殊教育的目标。Placing students with special needs in general school class is an important measure to achieve “fair and quality” education. With the in-depth development of students with special needs learning in regular class in China, the problem of their academic assessment has become increasingly prominent. The experience of the United States in this regard can provide some reference. Based on the review of the concept, policy support, implementation process, measures and characteristics of academic assessment accommodation for students with special needs in the United States, it is proposed that China can improve related legal policies, implement step by step, and establish systematic implementation process and support mechanism, so as to improve the practical effect of academic assessment accommodation for students with special needs learning in regular class and better achieve the objectives of special education.
