摘  要:目的调查“5+3”医学人才培养模式下神经外科教育现状。方法从南昌大学5年临床医学本科教育、2010—2020年医师资格考试试题和《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准(试用)》三个方面调查普外科、泌尿外科、心胸外科、骨科、神经外科课堂教学及临床实践时间,医师资格考试试题数,住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)轮转神经外科专业时间来分析神经外科教育现状。结果(1)教学大纲涉及普外科、心胸外科、骨科、泌尿外科、神经外科课堂教学分别是1080 min(32%)、585 min(17%)、1170 min(34%)、450 min(13%)及135 min(4%);临床实践分别是495 min(22%)、135 min(11%)、270 min(22%)、270 min(21%)及90 min(7%)。(2)医师资格考试普外科、心胸外科、骨科、泌尿外科、神经外科的考试题数目分别是471、37、232、142及74题。(3)住培期间34个非神经外科专业中轮转神经外科的专业有7个,分别是神经内科、泌尿外科、整形外科、骨科、普外科、急诊科和康复科,轮转时间分别是2、1、2、0、1、2、1个月。结论在“5+3”医学人才培养模式下,神经外科教育在5年临床本科课堂教学,临床实践,3年住培期间存在缺失,这可能给患者带来灾难性的后果以及影响优秀医学生对神经外科的选择。Objective To investigate the current situation of neurosurgical education under the"5+3"medical talent training mode and to discuss the possible adverse effects of the lack of neurosurgical education.Methods From three aspects,Nanchang University medical school five years clinical medical undergraduate education,2010-2020 Chinese physician qualification exam,"Chinese resident standardized training content and standard(2020 revision)"respectively,we investigated five years clinical medical undergraduate education in general surgery,urology,cardio-thoracic surgery,orthopedics,neurosurgery classroom teaching time and clinical practice time,number of examination questions in general surgery,urology,cardiothoracic surgery,orthopedics and neurosurgery in China’s medical practitioner qualification examination from 2010 to 2020.The clinical speciality and rotation time of rotation neurosurgery education during the standardized training of residents were used to show the current situation of neurosurgery education.Results(1)The surgery teaching syllabus of Nanchang University Medical College involved general surgery,cardiothoracic surgery,orthopedics,urology and neurosurgery classes,of which the teaching time were 1080 minutes,585 minutes,1170 minutes,450 minutes and 135 minutes respectively.Clinical practice hours were 495 minutes,135 minutes,270 minutes,270 minutes and 90 minutes respectively.(2)The number of questions for general surgery,cardiothoracic surgery,orthopedics,urology and neurosurgery in the 2010-2020 Chinese Medical Practitioner Qualification Examination were 471,37,232,142 and 74 respectively.(3)Among the 34 non-neurosurgical specialties during the 3-year standardized training for resident physicians,7 specialties rotated in neurosurgery,including neurology,urology,plastic surgery,orthopedics,general surgery,emergency department and rehabilitation medicine.They rotated neurosurgery for 2 months,1 month,2 months,0 or 1 month,2 months,1 month,1 month.Conclusion Under the"5+3"medical talent training mode,t
