中药师对提高中药学实习生带教质量的实践

摘　　要：为了提高中药学实习生带教质量,培养高水平中药学人才。此文探讨了作者结合现代药学服务的要求,发现实习生带教工作中存在的问题,分析问题并采取制定带教人员资质培训、带教制度、带教目标、带教内容、实习流程、教学方式以及实习生考评方法等措施。通过发现问题、总结经验、分析并制定可行措施,提升了带教人员资质,改善了实习生带教方案,提高了实习生分析和解决问题的能力,提升了职业素养。In order to improve the teaching quality of Chinese pharmacy interns,cultivate high-level Chinese pharmacy talents,combined with the requirements of modern pharmaceutical care,the author found the problems in the teaching work of interns,analyzed the problems and took measures to formulate the qualification training,teaching system,teaching objectives,teaching content,internship process,teaching methods and evaluation methods of interns.By finding problems,summarizing experience,analyzing and formulating feasible measures,the qualification of teaching staff has been improved,the teaching scheme of interns has been improved,the ability of analyzing and solving problems of interns has been improved,and the professional quality has been enhanced.
