摘　　要：普通高等学校举办非学历教育在落实人才强国战略、促进社会经济发展、践行终身教育理念和推动高校健康发展方面具有重要价值,但仍存在重视不够、制度缺位、定位模糊和认证滞后等突出问题。对此,需要从加快赋能、规范管理、提质增效和推行认证四个方面做好普通高校非学历教育的发展工作。Non-academic education held by General Institutes of Higher Education is of great value in implementing the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,meeting social and economic development,practicing the concept of lifelong education and promoting the healthy development of colleges and universities.However,there are still outstanding problems such as insufficient attention,lack of system,vague positioning,slow accreditation,and etc.Therefore,the development of non-academic education in colleges and universities should be carried out under four aspects:accelerating empowerment,standardizing management,improving quality and efficiency,and promoting accreditation.
