摘　　要：近年来,随着社会经济的迅速发展,人们的生活水平得到持续提升,我国居民对食品卫生和安全提出了更高的要求。为了保证食品的安全生产,食品生产企业可以利用机械自动化相关技术来保证食品生产的高效、安全和卫生。本文通过介绍目前我国食品行业在其发展过程中存在的问题,应用机械自动化技术解决食品安全问题的具体措施,进而提升食品生产企业的管理意识,保证食品的安全生产,不断推动社会的稳定发展。In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,people’s living standards have been continuously improved,China’s residents put forward higher requirements for food hygiene and safety.In order to ensure the safety of food production,food production enterprises can use mechanical automation related technology to ensure the high efficiency,safety and health of food production.This paper introduces the problems existing in the development of China’s food industry,and the specific measures to solve food safety problems by applying mechanical automation technology,thereby improving the management awareness of food production enterprises,ensuring the safe production of food,and continuously promoting the stable development of society.
