摘　　要：伊犁丝路职业学院援疆团队以促进民族团结、铸牢中华民族共同体意识为中心任务,构建团队集体目标意识,充分发挥了“组团式”效应,通过开展标准制度建设、专业建设、协同创新、人才培养、资源共享等援建任务,构建了目标引领、任务驱动、重在实效的“组团式”职业教育援疆实践模式。Xinjiang assistance team of Yili Silk Road Vocational College takes promoting national unity and forging the awareness of the Chinese national community as the central task. The Xinjiang assistance team should build the collective goal consciousness of the team and give full play to the“group”effect. Focusing on the construction assistance tasks such as standard system, professional construction, collaborative innovation, talent training and resource sharing, the team has formed a “group” practice mode of vocational education assistance to Xinjiang with goal guidance, task drive and effectiveness.
