摘  要:高等师范院校建立教学质量保障体系,目的是监测和调控师范生培养目标质量,确保师范生培养质量能够满足基础教育改革发展要求和社会需求。桂林师范高等专科学校在师范类专业认证实践中以学生为中心,以产出为导向,坚持稳步改进,构建专业认证背景下的师范专业教学质量保障体系,形成具备评价、反馈、改进等环节的管理模式,为师范院校教学质量保障体系建设提供参考。Teachers universities and colleges strive to establish quality assurance system for teaching to monitor the training quality and regulate the objectives as required,with a view to ensuring that their students’ competencies can adapt to the basic education reform and social development.In the practice of accreditation for the teaching training programs,Guilin Normal College,where the students are treated as the teaching subjects and teaching outputs utilized as the orientation,adheres to developing a quality assurance system for the teaching training programs in the context of professional recognition.In addition,the college aims to establish a management model encompassing evaluation,feedback and self-improvement,which will provide a reference for the progress in the teaching quality assurance system in normal universities and colleges.
