摘  要:“中国制造2025”时代背景下,智能制造对高职机电类人才培养提出了新的复合型要求。基于智造机电类技能大赛,探索建立平等、尊重、互助、共学的“生师成长共同体”,引领师生走向深度学习,从而实现师生同步成长,收获可持续的成功与幸福。Under the background of “made in China 2025”, intelligent manufacturing brought new inter-disciplinary talent requirements for the cultivation of electromechanical talents in higher vocational colleges. Based on the intelligent manufacturing electromechanical skill competition, this paper explores to establish a “student-teacher growth community” of equality, respect, mutual assistance and joint learning, so as to guide the teachers and students towards deep learning, thus realizing the synchronous growth of teachers and students and achieving the sustainable success and happiness.
