摘　　要：在考虑自由病毒扩散的条件下,提出一类具扩散的HBV模型。首先,利用线性化方法和特征值理论给出了无病平衡点和染病平衡点局部渐近稳定的充分条件;其次,利用Lyapunov函数证明了无病平衡点的全局渐进稳定性;最后,利用数值模拟呈现了理论结果。结果表明,当接触率很小时,疾病将不会流行。Under the condition of considering free virus diffusion,an HBV model with diffusion is investigated.Firstly,sufficient conditions for local asymptotic stability of disease-free equilibrium and infected equilibrium are given by using linearization method and eigenvalue theory.Secondly,the global stability of the disease-free equilibrium is proved by Lyapunov function.Lastly,the theoretical results are presented by numerical simulation.The results show that the disease will not be epidemic when the contact rate is very small.
