摘  要:“三全育人”工作贯彻马克思主义关于人的全面发展的理论主张,是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的有效路径,是高职院校高质量发展的重要抓手,是体现职业教育类型特征的实践创新。高职院校在实施“三全育人”过程中面临着全员育人的育人主体多、协同性不强,全过程育人的过程长、头绪多、契合度不高,全方位育人的协调性不够、资源难融合等现实困境。对此,应积极探索高职院校“三全育人”的有效实施路径,立足全员育人,凝聚全员育人合力;立足全过程育人,健全全程育人体系;立足全方位育人,打造全方位育人格局,助力我国职业教育高质量发展。The“three complete education”implements the theoretical proposition of Marxism on the all-round development of human beings.It is an effective path to implement the task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,is the important dragger of high-quality development,is the practical innovation about the characteristics of vocational education as a type for higher vocational colleges.At present,“three comprehensive education”in higher vocational colleges are facing the difficulties of more education subjects,not strong coordination;the whole process of education process is not fit;insufficient coordination of all-round education resources.In this regard,higher vocational colleges should explore the effective implementation paths of“three comprehensive education”:based on full education,to form common force for“three comprehersive education”;based on the whole process of education,to improve the whole-round education system;based on all-round education,to create an all-round education pattern,so as to help the high-quality development of vocational education in China.
