摘　　要：分析茶业发展对茶学专业人才培养适应性的新要求,结合云南农业大学茶学人才培养面临的机遇和挑战,探讨国家“卓越人才培养计划”背景下,云南农业大学茶学专业卓越人才培养模式多元化改革思路与构建。根据茶学专业特色和产业发展潮流、学生个性和职业发展愿望,明确人才培养目标定位,提出了以拔尖创新型、创业型、复合应用型和复合型国际化人才四个层次的茶学卓越人才培养目标及方法,以促进茶学本科专业建设和学科发展、提高茶学人才培养质量。Analyze the new requirements of the development of tea industry for the adaptability of tea professionals,combining the opportunities and challenges faced by the training of tea talents in Yunnan Agricultural University,and discusses the diversified reform ideas and construction of the training mode of tea talents in Yunnan Agricultural University under the background of the national"Excellent Talents Training Plan".According to the tea professional characteristics and industry development trend,students'personality and career development desire,clear talent training target orientation,put forward to top innovative,entrepreneurial,compound applied and compound international talents four levels of tea outstanding talent training goals and methods,to promote the tea undergraduate professional construction and discipline development,improve the quality of tea talent cultivation.
