摘 要:目的:探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)联合操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)在儿童神经内科护生临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年1月至2020年12月在苏州大学附属儿童医院神经内科的58名实习护士为研究对象,对照组29名护生采用传统教学法,实验组29名护生用Mini-CEX联合DOPS教学法,在出科时对两组学生进行考核评价,同时发放带教测评。结果:研究结果显示实验组的护生在考核成绩及带教测评均高于对照组,说明Mini-CEX联合DOPS教学法比传统教学法更有优越性,学生更易接受,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of Mini-clinical Examination(Mini-CEX)combined with DOPS teaching method in the clinical teaching of the Department of Pediatric Neurology.Methods:58 nursing students in the Department of Neurology of Children’s Hospital of Soochow University from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.29 nursing students in the control group were taught with the traditional teaching method,while the other 29 nursing students in the observation group were taught with Mini-CEX combined with DOPS teaching method.The two groups of students were evaluated at the end of the training and the teaching evaluation results were given.Results:The results showed that the scores and the teaching evaluation results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,indicating that Mini-CEX combined with DOPS teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching method,which is easier for students to accept and worthy of clinical promotion.
