摘 要:对传统食品类专业教学过程中存在的问题进行了分析,探讨了虚拟仿真技术在食品类专业教学中应用优势,面对传统教学过程理论知识形象化不足、实验教学过程受设备及台套数受限、实习教学受食品企业卫生限制,采用虚拟仿真技术融合教学可有效解决传统教学过程面临中出现诸多问题。The problems in the teaching process of traditional food majors were analyzed,and the advantages of virtual simulation technology in the teaching of food majors were discussed.Faced with the lack of visualization of theoretical knowledge in the traditional teaching process,the experimental teaching process was affected by the number of equipment and sets of equipment.Restricted and practical teaching was restricted by the hygiene of food companies.The use of virtual simulation technology to integrate teaching could effectively solve many problems faced by the traditional teaching process.
