摘  要:目的分析比较山楂果和山楂叶的挥发性物质成分,为其后续的临床应用提供科学参考。方法选用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法(HS-SPME-GC-MS),对山楂果与山楂叶的挥发性成分加以提取分析,应用单因素考察法选择最佳萃取条件,用面积归一化法测定各组成分的相对百分含量。结果确定最优条件为称量0.4g,萃取温度80℃,萃取时间30min,解析时间3min。从山楂果中检测出25种成分,鉴定出19种化学成分,占总挥发性成分的86.84%;从山楂叶检测出33种成分,鉴定出25种化学成分,占总挥发性成分的87.75%。结论山楂果与山楂叶所含的挥发性成分种类及含量都有差异,为其后续药效成分的进一步研究及临床应用提供科学依据。Objiective To analyze and compare the volatile components of hawthorn fruit and leaf,so as to provide scientific reference for its subsequent clinical application.Methods The volatile components of hawthorn fruit and leaf were extracted and analyzed by headspace solid phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS).The optimal extraction conditions were determined by single factor investigation method,and the relative percentage of each component was calculated by area normalization method.Results The optimum conditions were weighing 0.4g,extraction temperature 80℃,extraction time 30min and resolution time 3min.Twenty-five components were detected from hawthorn fruit,and 19 chemical components were identified,accounting for 86.84%of the total volatile components;33 components were detected fromhawthorn leaves and 25 chemical components were identified,accounting for 87.75%of the total volatile components.Conclusion The varieties and contents of volatile components in hawthorn fruit and leaf are different,which provides scientific basis for the further study and clinical application of its pharmacological components.
