摘　　要：作为思想政治教育的重要组成,德育、心育发挥了各自在“育性、启智、健心、导行”方面的优势与作用,但仍一定程度上存在“边缘化”“经验主义”“相互疏离”等不足。研究提出德育与心育融合的创新路径,并从逻辑基点上分析“两育融合”的科学性、创新性、发展性和必然性,从融合主体、融合内容、融合方式的“是”与“不是”,从概念、形式、内容的“变”与方向、任务、标准的“不变”,从机制保障、资源整合、精准育人的“能”与“不能”三个维度审视“两育融合”的精神意蕴,并从目标融合、内容融合、方法融合三个维度探寻“三融三转”的实践路径,在育人角色、育人动力、育人模式三个方面实现转换、转向及转变,提高思想政治教育的引领力、穿透力、感召力,为职业院校思想政治教育提供借鉴与参考。As an important component of ideological and political education, moral education and psychological education play their respective advantages and roles in “nurturing the nature, enlightening the intellect, strengthening the psychology and guiding the behavior”. However, there is still a certain degree of“marginalization”, “empiricism”, “mutual alienation” and other deficiencies. This paper aims to propose an innovative path for the integration of moral and psychological education, and to analyze the scientific, innovative,developmental and inevitable nature of the “integration of two educations” from a logical base. Meanwhile, this paper will examine the spiritual implication of “integration of two educations” from three dimensions, including analyzing the “yes” and “no” of integration subject, integration content and integration method, the “change” of concept and content and “no change” in direction, mission and standard, the possibility from mechanism guarantee,resource integration and precise education. Furthermore, this paper explores the practical path of “three integration and three transformations” from three dimensions: integration of objectives, contents and methods to achieve conversion, shift and transformation in the three aspects of cultivating role, motivation and mode. Moreover, it will enhance the leading, penetrating and evocative power of ideological and political education, and to provide reference for ideological and political education for TVE colleges.
