摘  要:母乳低聚糖(Human Milk Oligosaccharides, HMO)作为食品新资源,是婴儿配方奶粉母乳化的主要成分。关于HMO人工合成和生物发酵合成方面的内容已有大量的报道,而关于HMO分离纯化等下游工艺方面的报道却非常少。本文基于国内外HMO分离纯化方面的研究论文和专利技术,突出总结了文献中具有中试规模和面向工业化的应用成果。初步认为模拟移动床色谱分离选择性好,尤其适合于HMO中分子结构相似的产品;纳滤结合渗滤有较好的收率和纯度,但取决于分级串联模式的优化;结晶分离选择性略差,预处理要求高,但是设备投资和运行成本均较低。Human milk oligosaccharides(HMO), as a novel source of foods, are main ingredients in maternized infant formula. A large number of papers on HMO produced by either chemosynthesis or microbial fermentation have been published. However, the articles on downstream processing technology such as separation and purification were a few. The recent achievements especially at pilot scale or industry application were summarized based on the paper and patents published in domestic and abroad. Simulated moving bed chromatography has high selectivity,especially for separating some components with similar molecule structure like HMO. Nanofiltration combined with diafiltration has good recovery and purity, but the optimization of membrane cascade is a key factor. Crystallization has low selectivity, however its cost for facilities and operation is much low.
