摘  要:新工科建设是我国为适应国家产业发展而推出的高等教育领域重大举措。文章从应用型地方本科高校新工科人才培养的实际问题出发,介绍了宁波工程学院化学工程与工艺专业以工程实践和应用能力提升为目标,从“合作、共享、交叉”三个方面进行的新工科人才培养机制改革。文章提到的政校企合作、校企合作“五共协同”、校内实训基地共享共建、多元交叉育人等改革思路值得参考。The construction of new engineering is an important mesure in higher education field for our country, aiming to adapt to the development of national industry. Starting from the practical difficulties and problems in new engineering talents education, this paper introduced the reform of cultivating mechanism for new engineering talents in chemical and technology specialty of Ningbo University of Technology from the three aspects of cooperation, sharing and multiple cross with the goal of engineering practice and application ability improvement. The reform ideas, such as the mode of government-school-enterprise cooperation, five cooperation in school-enterprise cooperation, training base co-constructing and sharing and teaching mode by multiple cross, can provide reference for the new engineering construction.
