摘  要:目的探讨“‘板图’为主,‘虚拟’为辅”的标本教学在系统解剖学实验课中的应用效果。方法选择齐齐哈尔医学院2020级200名临床医学专业本科学生为研究对象,对照组(n=100)采用“虚拟化+标本”教学模式(即虚实结合标本教学模式),试验组(n=100)采取“‘板图’为主,‘虚拟’为辅”的标本教学模式。通过问卷调查和期末实验标本考试成绩比较两组教学效果。结果试验组调查问卷各项内容满意度高于对照组,且试验组期末实验标本考试成绩也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“‘板图’为主,‘虚拟’为辅”的标本教学模式提升了系统解剖学实验教学质量,激发了学生学习兴趣,加深了学生对解剖学知识结构的理解记忆,并有利于促进其人文素质的提高。Objective To discusses the application effect of specimen teaching mainly based on blackboard drawing and supplemented by virtuality in Systematic Anatomy experiment course.Methods 200 undergraduate students majoring in Clinical Medicine from the class of 2020 of Qiqihar Medical University were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 100 students in each.The control group adopted the virtualization+specimen teaching mode(namely virtual-real specimen teaching mode),while specimen teaching mode mainly based on blackboard drawing and supplemented by virtual was used in teaching the experi-mental group.Teaching effects of the two groups were compared through questionnaire survey and results of the final exam of experimental specimen.Results The experimental group showed higher satisfaction than the control group in the questionnaire survey,and it also acquired obviously better results than the control group in terms of the final exam of experimental specimen(P<0.05).Conclusion Specimen teaching mode mainly based on blackboard drawing and supple-mented by virtuality improves the teaching quality of Systematic Anatomy experiment,stimu-lates students learning interest,and deepen their understanding and memory of anatomic know-ledge structure,and promotes the cultivation of humanistic quality.
