摘　　要：理想人格之境是儒家内在仁义求索和外在德性践履的终极追求。当今,学校教育的缺位及人格教育的缺失,使得学生“志”不明、“气”不足。以孟子“志气观”为借鉴,注重个人之“志”与社会需求有机结合的正确引导,推进动心忍性的人格教育氛围的积极培育,实现人格教育、善性教育目标的理性回归,对当今学生的人格教育塑造有重要的启示。The realm of ideal personality is the ultimate pursuit of Confucianism’s internal benevolence and righteousness and external virtue practice.Nowadays,the absence of school education and the lack of personality education make students“ambition”unknown,“qi”insufficient.Taking Mencius’concept of ambition as reference,paying attention to the correct guidance of the organic combination of individual ambition and social demand,promoting the positive cultivation of the personality education atmosphere of motivation and carrying out the rational regression of the goal of good personality education,has important enlightenment for the shaping of personality education of today’s students.
