摘　　要：随着互联网和信息产业高速发展,食品安全犯罪手段多样化,由于食品检测知识的专业性与复杂性,食品检测机构出具的检测报告作为鉴定意见成为审理此类案件的重要依据。以“食品检测”为关键词,检索中国裁判文书网,研读2019,2020和2021年这3年共计482例案例,从案例分布时间、地区、案由和罪名等数据分析食品检测机构服务司法体系的工作思路并提出完善对策。食品检测机构顺应时代要求提高检测技术,建立科学、有效、可靠、全面的实验室质量管理体系,规避和减少食品安全案件,为健全司法鉴定人作证制度、构建和谐食品安全监督关系提供参考。With the rapid development of the Internet and the information industry,and the diversification of food safety crime methods,due to the professionalism and complexity of food testing knowledge,the testing report issued by food testing institutions as appraisal opinions has become an important basis for hearing such cases.Using“food testing”as the key word,by searching the China Judgment Documents Network,a total of 482 cases in the past three years in 2019,2020,and 2021 are studied,and the work of food testing institutions in serving the judicial system from data such as case distribution time,region,cause of action,and charges are analyzed.Thinking and putting forward perfect countermeasures,food testing institutions improve testing technology in line with the requirements of the times,establish a scientific,effective,reliable and comprehensive laboratory quality management system,avoid and reduce food safety cases,improve the testimony system of judicial experts,and build harmonious food safety supervision relationships provide references.
