摘　　要：结合后疫情时代下高校思想政治教育模式的发展方向,从课程思政视角下分析课程改革研究现状及实现课程思政效果的途径,指出实施课程思政的问题,提出“粮油加工概论”课程融入思政教学的策略。从“价值引领”的课程思政的整体规划、多元融合的“课程思政”教学设计、对分课堂线上线下教学模式、有效的课程思政教学活动等方面着手,保证课程思政贯穿课程教学的全过程,实现课程思政“价值引领”功能,以充分发挥“粮油加工概论”课程思政的育人功能。Combined with the development direction of ideological and political education mode in colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era,the research status of curriculum reform and the ways to realize the effect of curriculum ideological and political were analyzed from the perspective of curriculum ideological and political.The problems of implementing curriculum ideological and political were pointed out and the strategies of integrating into ideological and political teaching to the course of“Introduction to Grain and Oil Processing”were put forward.We had done it from these aspects in items of“value-led”curriculum ideological and political overall planning,diversified integration of“curriculum ideological and political”teaching design,bisection classroom(PAD classroom)online and offline teaching mode,effective curriculum ideological and political teaching activities to ensure the course ideological and political throughout the whole course of course teaching and to realize the function of“value guidance”of curriculum ideology and politics.The education function of ideological and political of“Introduction to Grain and Oil Processing”course should be come true.
