摘　　要：高等学校人才培养是育人和育才相统一的过程。高校教师党支部在落实立德树人根本任务中发挥着教书育人的战斗堡垒作用,是办好中国特色社会主义大学的重要支撑。文章以东莞理工学院电气与自动化教师党支部为研究对象,结合支部专业特色,提出“党建+赛教”育人模式,将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养融为一体,以实现为党育人、为国育才,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的目标。Talent cultivation in colleges and universities is a process of integrating education with talent cultivation.The Party branch of university teachers plays a fighting fortress role in teaching and educating people in the implementation of the fundamental task of foster character and civic virtue,and is an important support for running a socialist university with Chinese characteristics.The article takes the Party branch of electrical and automation teachers of Dongguan university of technology as the research object,combines the professional characteristics of the branch,and puts forward the"Party building+competition education"education mode,which integrates value shaping,knowledge imparting and ability training,so as to achieve the goal of educating people for the Party,the country,and the socialist builders and successors with all-round moral,intellectual,physical,artistic and labor development.
