摘　　要：目前,我国市场上,有些食品的塑料包装盒或者包装袋的生产不符合安全标准,或有些食品塑料包装会在高温下释放出双酚A、聚氯乙烯等有毒物质,或塑料食品包装使用不当容易导致食品中塑化剂超标。基于此,本文阐述了食品塑料包装导致的食品安全问题,并对解决这些问题的对策展开了分析,以期能够为提高食品的安全性提供参考。At present,in the Chinese market,the production of some food plastic packaging boxes or bags does not meet the safety standards,or some food plastic packaging will release toxic substances such as bisphenol A and polyvinyl chloride at high temperatures,or the plastic food packaging is improperly used.It is easy to cause excessive plasticizers in food.Based on this,this paper expounds the food safety problems caused by food plastic packaging,and analyzes the countermeasures to solve these problems,in order to provide reference for improving food safety.
