职业院校职业继续教育与社区教育融合发展研究

摘　　要：我国现行的职业教育运行模式,为地方培养了大量所需的职业技能人才,但随着我国经济社会发展进入新常态,城镇再就业居民与农村入城务工人员等居民迫切需要提升职业技能。而社区教育具有覆盖范围广、学习方式灵活、贴近社会基层一线等优势。整合职业院校继续教育与社区教育办学资源,完善职业院校继续教育与社区教育融合发展管理体制,提升职业院校与社区职业技术继续教育融合发展内涵,可更加贴近地方经济社会发展需求,促进新时代职业教育发展,为地方经济社会发展培养更多技能型人才。The current operation mode of vocational education in China has trained a large number of vocational and technical talents for local areas,and laid a solid foundation for social and economic development.As China's economic and social development has entered a new normal,the industry continues to upgrade and the econom⁃ic structure continues to adjust,urban re-employed residents,rural migrant workers,and other residents urgently need to improve their professional skills.Community education has the advantages of wide coverage,flexible learning style,being close to the grass-roots line of society and so on.Improving the management system of the integration of continuing education and community education in vocational colleges,integrating the resources of continuing education in vocational colleges and community education,and enhancing the connotation of the in⁃tegrated development of vocational and technical continuing education in vocational colleges and communities can be closer to the needs of local economic and social development,promote the development of vocational ed⁃ucation in the new era,and train more skilled talents for local economic and social development.
