基于语料库的《密码法》英译研究

摘　　要：本文从语料库翻译学的角度,通过构建《密码法》汉语原文语料库、英译文本语料库以及英语法律原创文本可比语料库,研究了《密码法》译文宏观语言形式层面的高频词和词汇密度、文本可读性;从微观的词汇层面分析了古体词和情态动词的应用;并将之与其原文文本和英语原创文本进行对比分析。我们还对四个译本的显化与隐化翻译策略进行了分析。By constructing the Chinese original corpus,English translation corpus of“Crypt Law of the P.R.C”and English legal original comparable corpus,this paper makes a comparative study of the high-frequency words and lexical density,text readability from the perspective of corpus translatology at macro-language level and the application of archaic words and modal verbs at the micro-lexical level.This paper also studies the explicitation and implicitation translation strategies adopted by different translators.
