摘　　要：中外译学界对多元系统论的诸多批评都指向该理论中的术语和概念问题。本文以多元系统论中“经典化”这一并不显见却极为重要的概念为出发点,尝试对该理论中的术语和概念评价问题作出回应。通过重读“经典化”概念,追溯其提出的时代语境,发现多元系统论中的“经典化”概念尽管来源于从俄国形式主义,但由此衍生出“非经典化”、“静态经典”、“动态经典”等一系列新的概念。这些概念不仅是对当时文化研究浪潮的呼应,推动了翻译研究的文化转向,而且还使译学界注意到以往被忽略的诸多文学形式,从而拓宽了翻译研究的时空维度。多元系统论中“经典化”概念不仅仅只是对俄国形式主义的简单挪用,而是在对其明确界定的基础上进行的演绎与重构。Part of the criticism on Even Zohar’s Polysystem Theory may have stemmed from critical suspicion of the problems of terminology and concepts.This article attempts to respond to the terminology problems and concept evaluation in Polysystem Theory by revisiting the concept of“canonized”within the context of the time it was put forward,a term which is not obvious yet significant in Polysystem Theory.It is found that although the concept of“canonized”in Polysystem Theory originates from Russian formalism,a series of new concepts such as“canonized”,“static canonicity”and“dynamic canonicity”are derived from it.These concepts not only echoed the wave of cultural studies at that time and promoted the cultural turn of translation studies,but also drew attention to many neglected literary forms,thus broadening the spatial and temporal dimension of translation studies.The concept of“canonized”in Polysystem Theory,therefore,is not only a simple appropriation of Russian formalism,but a deduction and reconstruction based on its clear definition.
