摘 要:帮助学生在体育锻炼中享受乐趣已受到国家及学者们的高度关注,《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022年版)》进一步凸显了运动乐趣的重要性。明确培养青少年运动乐趣价值,厘清影响青少年运动乐趣提高的因素,并结合体育教学实践提出运动乐趣提升策略,是使青少年真正能够乐在其中的关键。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对运动乐趣相关研究进行梳理,明确运动乐趣对青少年运动参与和教学实践的积极影响,发现主观认知、个体差异和课堂氛围等因素能显著影响青少年运动乐趣。运动乐趣提升策略:1)创建轻松愉快的教学环境,帮助学生体验运动乐趣;2)合理设置学习目标,帮助学生在成功中享受运动乐趣;3)关注个体差异,帮助学生提高运动乐趣体验;4)充分发挥同伴和教师的积极作用,帮助学生形成持久的运动乐趣。Helping students have fun in physical exercise has been highly concerned by the state and scholars.The importance of sports fun has been further highlighted in the Curriculum Standard for Physical Education and Health at the Stage of Compulsory Education(2022 Edition).Making clear the value of cultivating teenagers’sports fun,clarifying the factors affecting the improvement of teenagers’sports fun,and putting forward sports fun improvement strategies combined with physical education teaching practice are the key to make teenagers really enjoy it.Using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper combs the relevant researches on sports fun,defines the positive impact of sports fun on teenagers’sports participation and teaching practice,and finds that factors such as subjective cognition,individual differences and classroom atmosphere can significantly affect teenagers’sports fun.Then it puts forward strategies to improve sports fun as follows:1)to create a relaxed and pleasant teaching environment to help students experience sports fun;2)to reasonably set learning goals to help students enjoy sports fun in success;3)to pay attention to individual differences to help students improve their sports fun experience;4)to make full use of the positive role of peers and teachers to help students form lasting sports fun.
