摘　　要：医学心理学与精神病学因同时涉及自然科学和社会科学的若干分支,一些基本理论、临床评估方法、诊断和治疗技术也是通用的;而且人的生理活动、心理精神活动本身就是一个有机整体,这两个密切联系的学科已成为整合医学观中不可缺少的重要内容。2007年山西大同大学脑科学系列课程教学团队组建后,笔者就尝试在上述两门课程的教学中,不再特别区分医学心理学和精神病学两门课程,而是按照“健康心理相关内容、心理问题相关内容和心理/精神障碍”这样的顺序进行内容的统一整合与编排,力图使上述两门课程形成围绕正常/异常大脑高级神经活动在医学、社会学中应用的整合课程,避免不必要的内容重复,更加有利于医学生和授课教师使用,并将这一成果应用于人民卫生出版社成人教育《医学心理学与精神病学》第3、4版教材。Medical psychology and psychiatry are related to several branches of natural science,psychology and social science at the same time.Some basic theories,clinical evaluation methods,diagnosis and treatment techniques are also universal.Moreover,human physiological activities,psychological activities and mental activities are an organic whole.These two closely related disciplines have become indispensable and important in the holistic medical view content,so after we set up the teaching team of brain science series courses in Shanxi Datong University in 2007,we tried to integrate and arrange the contents in the order of“healthy psychology related content,psychological problems related content and psychological/mental disorders”instead of distinguishing medical psychology and psychiatry The teaching content aims to make the above two textbooks form an integrated course focusing on the application of normal/abnormal brain high-level neural activity in medicine and sociology,avoiding unnecessary content repetition,forming a stronger integrity and more conducive to the use of medical students,and applying the results to the third part of medical psychology and psychiatry,adult education,people's Health Press Four editions of teaching materials.
