摘  要:文章旨在探讨儿童外科在临床实习带教中的难点与策略反思,提高儿童外科的总体实习带教水平。通过总结四川大学华西医院儿童外科多年临床实习带教中遇到的问题,以及在带教过程中多样化的带教方法,规范规范带教流程,为儿童外科实习带教提供思路。结果表明,儿童实习带教具有疾病复杂、群体特殊、带教不重视等难点,需要从临床实习前、临床实习中、临床实习后3个维度,重视入科宣教,将临床理论与实践结合,开展多元化教学模式和实习考核,并注重教学反馈。因此,全方位、多维度做好实习带教可提高儿童外科的带教质量,培养健全的医学人才。The purpose of this article was to discuss the difficulties and strategies in clinical practice teaching of children's surgery,so as to improve the overall practice teaching level of children's surgery.By summing up the problems encountered in the clinical practice teaching of children's surgery in West China Hospital of Sichuan University for many years,as well as the diversified teaching methods in the teaching process,we standardized the teaching process,and provided ideas for the practice teaching of children's surgery.The results showed that children's practical teaching had difficulties such as complex diseases,special groups,and lack of attention to teaching.It was necessary to pay attention to the teaching of admission from three dimensions:before,during and after clinical practice,integrated clinical theory with practice,carried out diversified teaching models and practiced assessments,and payed attention to teaching feedback.Therefore,doing a good job in all-round and multi-dimensional practice teaching could improve the teaching quality of children's surgery and cultivate sound medical talents.
