摘  要:在问卷调查和访谈的基础上,针对某新建地方本科院校学生学习性投入的影响因素进行实证分析。研究表明:文理分科及高中毕业学校类型对学生的学习性投入影响显著;学习性投入的各维度之间呈显著相关关系;学习性投入的解释度从大到小依次为师生互动水平、主动合作水平、校园学生活动、校园人际关系、课程设置要求和课外拓展学习。有鉴于此,新建地方本科院校需要有针对性地引导学生在校期间规划学习,加强校园文化建设,提高学业挑战度,培养学生的自主学习能力,从而提高学生的学习性投入水平,提升学校教学质量。An empirical analysis is made of the factors affecting students’ learning engagement of a local newly-built college with questionnaire and interviews.The results reveal that the division of liberal arts and science and types of senior high schools has significant influence on students’ learning engagement.There is a significant correlation among all dimensions of learning engagement.The interpretation of learning engagement in descending order is as follows:teacher-student interaction level,active collaboration level,student activities on campus,interpersonal relationship on campus,curriculum setting requirements and extracurricular learning.In view of this,it is necessary for local newly-built colleges and universities to guide students to make a reasonable learning plan,enhance the construction of campus culture,increase academic challenge,and cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability,so as to promote students’ learning engagement and the school’s teaching quality.
