摘 要:目的:对于耳鼻喉科教学工作中开展PBL教学法结合CBL教学法的具体方法以及教学效果进行讨论。方法:选择2020年1月至2021年1月本科5年制临床医学生80例作为本次课题观察对象,通过奇偶数法对临床医学生进行分组,给予其中一组临床医学生传统教学,一共40例纳入成为对照组,剩余一组临床医学生接受PBL教学法结合CBL教学法,一共40例纳入成为研究组,对比两组临床医学生完成本科学习之后的出科考试以及摸底考试分数等。结果:接受PBL教学法结合CBL教学法的研究组临床医学生摸底考试成绩和出科考试成绩明显高于对照组,两者对比差异明显;研究组临床医学生的教学满意率明显高于对照组,两者对比差异明显。结论:在耳鼻喉科教学工作中应用PBL教学法结合CBL教学法,能够激发临床医学生整体学习兴趣,提高医学生整体的理论成绩,并且可以提高医学生对于教学工作的满意程度,帮助培养医学生独立思考和临床批判性思维,应该给予大力的推广与应用。Objective:To discuss the specific methods and teaching effects of PBL combined with CBL in otolaryngology teaching.Methods:Between January 2020 and January 2021 undergraduate 5 years clinical observe 80 cases of medical students as the subject object,through the odd even method for clinical medical students into groups,give one group of clinical medical students of traditional teaching,a total of 40 cases as control group,the remaining a set of clinical medical students accept PBL teaching method in combination with CBL teaching method,A total of 40 cases were included in the study group,and the scores of exit examination and foundation examination were compared between the two groups of clinical medical students after their undergraduate study.Results:The clinical medical students in the PBL combined with CBL teaching group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The teaching satisfaction rate of clinical medical students in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The application of PBL teaching method in ent science and education work in combination with CBL teaching method,can trigger clinical medical students overall interest in learning,improve medical students’general theory achievement,and can improve medical students’satisfaction with the degree of job of teaching,help to cultivate independent thinking and clinical medical students critical thinking,should be given to the popularization and application.
