摘  要:随着我国学校体育改革的深入推进,体育教育促进学生全面发展的理念和有关方法已被广泛接受。初中生在体育学习中经常遇到挫折,主要原因多是自身体能和技能不足,寻求同学帮助是初中生的主要求助方式。在体育教学中开展挫折教育十分必要且可行,学生个性差异是能力基础,挫折两面性是认识基础。体育教师实施挫折教育的方法主要有:筛选教学素材,构建教育体系;设置合理情景,完善教育手段;增强运动实践,培育体育精神等。With the deepening of school physical education reform in China,it has been widely accepted that PE promotes the all-round development of students.Junior middle school students often encounter setbacks in sports learning,mostly because they lack physical ability and skills and fail to achieve their learning goals.Most junior middle school students seek help from classmates.It is necessary and feasible to carry out frustration education in PE.Students’personality differences are the basis of ability,and the two sides of frustration are the basis of cognition.PE teachers can carry out frustration teaching by screening teaching materials,constructing teaching systems,setting up reasonable scenes to improve educational means,and strengthening sports practice to cultivate sports spirit.
