摘  要:随着我国卒中患者的逐年增加,传统的人工康复治疗手段已经远远无法满足现阶段的临床需求。而结合了机器人技术和临床康复医学的康复机器人能够有效的替代康复医师,实现精确、高效、智能化的康复训练。随着康复机器人研究的不断深入,以机器学习为代表的人工智能技术在康复机器人领域得到广泛应用。本文首先概述了康复机器人的研究现状和一些关键技术,然后对机器学习在康复机器人研究中的具体应用进行了系统分析,最后对机器学习在康复机器人中应用进行了总结和展望。With the increase of stroke patients in China year by year,the traditional artificial rehabilitation therapy has been far from meeting the current clinical needs.The rehabilitation robot combined with robot technology and clinical rehabilitation medicine can effectively replace the rehabilitation doctors,to achieve accurate,efficient and intelligent rehabilitation training.With the development of rehabilitation robot research,artificial intelligence technology represented by machine learning has been widely applied in the field of rehabilitation robot.This paper first summarizes the research status and some key technologies of rehabilitation robots,then makes a systematic analysis of the specific application of machine learning in the research of rehabilitation robots,and finally summarizes and prospects the application of machine learning in rehabilitation robots.
