摘　　要：该文分析了麻醉科教学查房现状以及麻醉科教学查房的重要性,介绍了浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院(简称邵医)的麻醉科教学查房模式,从教学查房前的各项准备工作,教学查房当天流程到教学查房后反馈进行了详细分析。最后探讨和总结了以围术期危机管理为核心,以岗位胜任力为导向的邵医麻醉科教学查房模式的内涵,既突出麻醉特色,又保留经典教学查房的流程和框架。This paper first analyzes the current status and importance of teaching ward round in the department of anesthesiology, and then introduces the teaching ward round mode in Department of Anesthesiology,Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital(SRRSH), School of Medicine, Zhejiang University. The whole procedure includes the preparation before the ward round, the protocol of ward round and the feedback after the ward round. Finally, this paper discusses and summarizes the connotation of our ward round, which not only highlights the characteristics of anesthesia, but also maintains the process and frame of classic teaching ward round mode. The core point of our ward round is to improve the ability of perioperative crisis management of our residents and make them more competent in complex clinical situation.
