摘  要:师德是评价教师队伍素质的第一标准,而时域、场域和惯习为新时代高校青年教师师德培育提供了新视角。时域维度表明新时代高校青年教师师德培育要转换思维,对传统师德的观念、内容和标准进行创造性转化和创新性发展;场域维度表明新时代高校青年教师师德培育要营造“尊师”的社会氛围、完善师德管理的法律法规、提升高校科学管理水平、打造健康舒适的人才生存环境,实现社会场域、经济场域和高校场域的互动互构;惯习维度表明新时代高校青年教师的师德培育需要通过师德自律发挥青年教师主体性作用,引导教师把教书育人和自我修养相结合,从理想、情操、专业素质等多方面进行自我建设,做到以德立身、以德立学、以德施教,有效提升师德水平。Teachers’ethics is the primary criterion to evaluate the quality of teachers.Time domain,field and habitus provide a new perspective for the cultivation of young college teachers’ethics in the new era.The time domain dimension shows that the cultivation of young college teachers’ethics in the new era should transforma their thinking,and realize the creative transformation and innovative development of the concept,content and standard of traditional teachers’ethics.The field dimension indicates that the cultivation of young college teachers’in the new era should create a social atmosphere of“respecting teachers”,improve the laws and regulations of teachers’ethics management,improve the scientific management level of universities,create a healthy and comfortable living environment for talents,and realize the interaction and mutual construction of social field,economic field and university field.The hituals dimension shows that the cultivation of young college teachers’in the new era needs to exert the subjective role of young teachers through ethics selp-discipline,guide teachers to combine teaching and self-cultivation,and carry out self construction from many aspects such as ideals,sentiments,and professional qualities,so as to achieve moral standing,moral learning,and moral teaching,and effectively improve the level of teachers’ethics.
