摘 要:为改善王草青贮发酵品质,研究了添加糖蜜和乳酸菌对王草青贮品质及营养成分的影响,确定王草的最佳调制方法。试验设置对照组(CK)、植物乳杆菌组(LP)、鼠李糖乳杆菌组(LR)、糖蜜组(M)、植物乳杆菌和糖蜜混合处理组(LP+M)以及鼠李糖乳杆菌和糖蜜混合处理组(LR+M),室温保存30 d后采样,分析青贮发酵指标:pH及有机酸,营养成分。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加剂处理组显著降低了青贮饲料的pH(P<0.05),提高了乳酸含量,乙酸、丁酸及氨态氮含量均显著降低(P<0.05);M组、LP+M组与LR+M组显著提高了王草的干物质(DM)含量(P<0.05),降低了酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)与中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量;王草的相对饲用价值(RFV)显著提高(P<0.05)。综上,王草可以直接青贮,但青贮品质不佳;添加乳酸菌和糖蜜均可明显改善其青贮品质,其中混合添加效果最好;但若从实际生产考虑,单独添加糖蜜即可获得优质青贮。This study was carried out to evaluate the effects of molasses and lactic acid bacteria on the quality and nutritional composition of king grass silage so as to determine the best mixing formula.The treatments were as follows:control group(CK),Lactobacillus plantarum group(LP),Lactobacillus rhamnosus group(LR),molasses group(M),Lactobacillus plantarum and molasses mixed treatment group(LP+M)and Lactobacillus rhamnosus and molasses mixed treatment group(LR+M).After 30 days of ensilage at room temperature,the fermentation indexes such as pH,organic acid and nutrition composition were analysed.Results indicated that compared with the CK group,the additive treatment group significantly reduced the pH of the silage(P<0.05),increased the content of lactic acid(P<0.05).The contents of acetic acid,butyric acid and ammoniacal nitrogen were significantly reduced(P<0.05).For M group,LP+M group and LR+M group,the DM content of King grass(P<0.05)significantly increased,and the content of ADF and NDF reduced.The RFV of King Grass increased significantly(P<0.05).It is concluded that King Grass can be made silage directly but its nutrition value is low.Adding lactic acid bacteria and molasses can significantly improve the fermentation quality and nutrition value.However,adding molasses alone can obtain high-quality silage in terms of actual production.
