教育史视角下强化方歌记诵的教学意义探析

摘  要:方剂歌诀是传统中医教育必不可少的环节,现代方剂学教材亦附歌诀以供习诵,但教学中是否应当背诵歌诀、背诵何种歌诀却出现了不同的声音。回顾教育史发现,古代蒙学教育提倡记诵词章,医学教育亦借鉴之。但在西学冲击下,记诵沦为中学之弊,一度不受重视,这种做法因其历史背景应运而出,却不免纠偏太过。大多数医学知识点之间不是纯粹的逻辑关系,如药物功效、规格、剂量等,不能由此及彼地推导,临证处方又不便翻书检视,必须牢记。在回归传统、守正创新的时代浪潮下,方歌记诵仍然是现代方剂教学的必要之举。方歌既是医学知识的载体也是知识本身,应利用好这一媒介,完成知识迁移。Prescription rhymes are an indispensable part of traditional Chinese medicine education.The modern prescription rhymes textbooks also include verses for recitation,but there are different voices in the teaching of whether or not to recite verses and which verses should be recited.Looking back on the history of education,we can find that ancient children’s education advocated recitation of words and chapters,and medical education also learned from it.However,under the impact of modern Western learning,memory and recitation has become a shortcoming of Chinese academics and was once not valued by educators.This practice came out at the right time due to its historical background,but it is inevitably overcorrected.Most medical knowledge points are not purely logical relationships,such as drug efficacy,specifications,dosages,etc.,which cannot be deduced from one point to another.Clinical prescriptions are inconvenient to review and must be kept in mind.In the wave of the era of returning to tradition and keeping integrity and innovation,prescription rhymes recitation is still a necessary move in the teaching of modern prescriptions.Prescription rhymes is not only the carrier of medical knowledge but also the knowledge itself.This medium should be used to complete the knowledge transfer.
