摘 要:针灸治疗学作为学生由课堂理论走向临床实践的桥梁课程,其教学效果直接影响学生临床诊治疾病的能力。针对当前针灸推拿学专业学生进入临床实习仍存在的辨证思路不清、思维能力差、操作不规范、应对患者心理素质差等问题。结合教学体会,作者认为针灸治疗学本科生教学当以学生临床中能够“明辨病、明经穴、明针术”为目的,教学方法当不拘一格,选取适宜教学方法为要,教学上注重临床辨证方法和临床治疗思路的培养,加强针灸歌赋及其临床应用的教学,注重临床技能素质的训练。As a bridge course for students from classroom theory to clinical practice,the teaching effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapeutics directly affects the students’ability to enter the clinic to diagnose and treat diseases.In view of the current problems of unclear clinical dialectical thinking,poor clinical thinking ability,non-standard clinical operation,and poor psychological quality of patients in clinical response,the author believes that the undergraduate teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion therapeutics should be used for teaching clinical practice.Students can achieve the goal of“identifying diseases,identifying meridian points,and identifying acupuncture”in clinical practice.The teaching methods should be eclectic,and appropriate teaching methods should be selected,teaching should focus on the cultivation of clinical syndrome differentiation methods and clinical treatment thinking,strengthen acupuncture and moxibustion songs and its clinical application teaching,and pay attention to the training of clinical skills.
