摘　　要：随着信息产业的不断发展,通信行业对高技能复合型人才有极大的需求,而工学结合是我国目前培养高技能人才的主流模式。基于此,本文通过分析工学结合的高职《移动通信技术》课程教学改革的必要性,确定以工学结合为核心来开展教学改革活动是培养高技能复合型人才的有效途径。With the continuous development of the information industry,the communication industry has a great demand for high-skilled compound talents,and the combination of work and study is the mainstream mode of cultivating high-skilled talents in our country.Based on this,this paper analyzes the necessity of teaching reform of〈Mobile Communication Technology〉course in higher vocational colleges by combining work with study,and determines that carrying out teaching reform activities based on combining work with study is an effective way to cultivate high-skilled compound talents.
