摘 要:以食品科学专业研究生的“食品安全管理体系”课程为对象,探索建设相应的课程案例库,提出了案例库建设思路、案例设计基本要素,通过教学案例库的内容筛选,按照案例库的课中实施方案进行案例库的建设。经过案例库课程实践评价的实践研究表明,相比传统授课模式,案例式教学的课堂气氛更加活跃,具有更多的师生互动与生生互动,有利于提高研究生的实践能力与发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。为案例法教学在“食品安全管理体系”课程教学中的有效应用与实施奠定了基础,丰富了同类课程案例库建设的经验。Taking the course of Food Safety Management System for postgraduates majoring in Food Science in our university as the object,this paper explored the construction of the corresponding course case base,puts forward the construction ideas of the case base and the basic elements of case design,and carries out the construction of the case base according to the in class implementation scheme of the case base through the content screening of the teaching case base.Through the practical evaluation of the case base course,the practical research showed that compared with the traditional teaching mode,the classroom atmosphere of case teaching was more active,with more teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction,which was conducive to improving the practical ability of graduate students and the ability to find,analyze and solve problems.It lays a foundation for the effective application and implementation of case method teaching in the course teaching of Food Safety Management System,and enriches the experience of case base construction of similar courses.
