摘 要:物理诊断学是一门临床医学的入门级课程,是由基础医学向临床医学过渡的桥梁课。其中物理诊断学实验课对学生的实际操作有较高的要求,是每个临床医学生应具备的基本技能。以案例为导向的教学法(case-basede learning)是以学生为主体,通过采用临床案例引导学生探索、发现和解决问题,已在多个教学领域取得了显著的应用效果。与传统教学方法相比,CBL教学法更适合物理诊断学实验课教学,有助于调动学生自主学习的积极性,增强自信心,锻炼临床实践技能,弥补理论授课与临床实践的断层缺陷。文章探讨了CBL教学法在物理诊断学实验课教学中的应用探索,以期为临床教学提供借鉴。Physical diagnosis,an introductory course of clinical medicine,is an important bridge during the transition from basic medicine to clinical medicine.It is a basic skill that every clinical student must master,and it also has an extremely requirement to the practice operation of the student.Case-based learning(CBL)teaching method is a kind of teaching method that combines theory with practice,takes students as the main body,and guides them to explore,discover and solve problems through clinical cases,and it has made remarkable achievements in many teaching areas.Compared with the traditional teaching method,CBL teaching method is more propitious to the experimental teaching of physical diagnostics,for it can helps to mobilize students'enthusiasm of autonomous learning,enhancing their self-confidence,exercising their clinical practice skills,and effectively make up for the gap between theoretical teaching and clinical practice.The paper discusses the application of CBL teaching method in the experimental teaching of physical diagnostics,in order to provide reference for clinical teaching.
