摘 要:目的:分析以学生为中心教学模式在麻醉护理实习生中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1-8月在德阳市人民医院麻醉手术中心实习的本科护理学生120名,随机分为试验组和对照组,各60名。试验组采用以学生为中心的教学模式,对照组采用以老师为中心的教学模式。两组学生在实习的4周时间内进行2次护理查房,出科时测评实习效果。结果:试验组理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩、满意度得分及评判性思维能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在麻醉护理实习生中采用以学生为中心的教学模式,能全面提升其综合素质。Objective: To analyze the application effect of “student-centered” teaching model in anesthesia nursing interns.Methods: A total of 120 undergraduate nursing students who practiced in the anesthesia operation center of Deyang People’s Hospital from January 2021 to August 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group, with 60 cases in each group. The experimental group adopted the student-centered teaching model, and the control group adopted the teachercentered teaching model. The students in each group carried out two nursing rounds within 4 weeks of practice in the department and the practice effect of the two groups was evaluated when they left the department. Results: The scores of theory test, operation test, satisfaction, and critical thinking ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The student-centered teaching model in anesthesia nursing interns could comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality.
