摘　　要：在国家层面大力推广职业教育“1+X”证书制度的背景下,基础医学的“X”证书应该怎么设计便成为了摆在教育工作者案头上的大事。文章通过设计建立“反思模型”为以后设计一种烙有基础医学教育思维特点的“反思”技能证书提供的理论基础。研究通过介绍“反思”概念,引入“反思”的不连续性,以此为基础提出“反思模型”。用此模型帮助学生绘制“心理”地图,使学生掌握反思技能。反思模型的等高线图和基础的反思训练内容,为以后的“1+X”证书设计提供了理论基础。该研究强调,在“1+X”证书制度的背景下,尤其要注意底层“X”证书的设计,其能够使学生获得主动更新知识的能力,这种能力在学生离开学校以后显得尤为重要。How the“1+X”certificate system basic medicine certificate should be structured has become a top priority for educators in the background of vigorously promoting the“X”of vocational education at the national level.Via design,this article sets up a“reflection model”to provide a theoretical framework for the potential design of a standardized“reflection skill certificate”with the features of thought in basic medical education.The study introduces the concept of“reflection”and the discontinuity of“reflection”.Based on this,the“reflection model”is proposed.The model is used to help us create a“mental”map that will enable students to acquire the skills of reflection.The contour map of the reflection model and the basic reflection training content are presented to provide a theoretical basis for the design of future“1+X”certificates.The study emphasizes that in the context of the“1+X”certificate system,particular attention should be paid to the design of the underlying“X”certificate so that students acquire the ability to actively update their knowledge,the ability is particularly important after students leave school.
